Return & Exchange Policy

At MOON Luxury Finds, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds once your order has been confirmed.

However, in rare cases, we may accept size exchanges for select items such as shoes or clothing, provided that you contact us on the same day you receive the item from us (the day of delivery). This exchange policy is no longer valid if we are not notified on the day your order is delivered.

If a return or exchange is accepted, the customer is fully responsible for the return shipping, insurance, and condition of the package until it is safely received by us. We only accept return shipments via FedEx or DHL to ensure proper tracking and handling.

MOON Luxury Finds is not responsible for any returned packages that are lost, damaged, delayed, or held by customs. We do not accept liability for any risk associated with return shipments.

Exchanges are subject to the brand’s return/exchange policy and item availability.
