AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Moon Luxury INC, a U.S.-based corporation, and Moon International LLTGARA, a Qatar-based entity, both doing business as Moon Luxury Finds ("Moon Luxury Finds," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the website http://www.moonluxuryfinds.com as well as any related media form, channel, mobile website, or application (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USE.
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes. You are responsible for checking these Terms periodically for changes.
The Site is controlled and operated from the United States and intended for users worldwide. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access and use comply with local laws.

USER CONTRIBUTIONS

MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss due to downtime, errors, or discontinuation.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Prince William County, Virginia.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All disputes must first be resolved informally. If unresolved, they will be submitted to binding arbitration in Prince William County, VA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Arbitration is limited to individual disputes. No class actions are permitted.
DISCLAIMER
We provide the Site "as-is." We disclaim all warranties and are not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of the Site.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services or $100 USD, whichever is less. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations, so this may not apply to you.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Moon Luxury INC (USA), Moon International LLTGARA (Qatar), and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs, or demands, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to (1) your use of the Site, (2) your violation of these Terms, (3) any breach of your representations and warranties set forth herein, (4) your violation of the rights of a third party, or (5) any harmful act toward any other user of the Site. We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By using the Site, you consent to electronic communication and transactions. You agree that digital signatures are valid and enforceable.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Moon Luxury INC and Moon International LLTGARA. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.
